Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our courses are digital products. Once delivered, purchases are final and non‑refundable. By enrolling, you agree that access to course materials begins immediately after payment, and therefore no refunds or returns are possible under consumer law exceptions for digital goods.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for digital courses once access has been granted. Payments are final and non‑refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

You were charged in error (duplicate payment).
You did not receive access to the course after payment.

In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
